Akelius Dokument is a PC program that includes many practical documents and forms that are used regularly by, among others, solicitors, auditors and accountants. With Akelius Dokument you can create high quality documents and forms quickly and effectively. Everything in one place

Documents
The program includes legal documents within the following area: - Limited companies
- General partnership
- Working conditions
- Family and inheritance
- Power of attorney
- Sales contract
- Loan, promissory notes and securities
- Enforcements
- Rental agreements
Several of the documents are linked together to a "case". This means that you can work with two or more documents/ forms in one operation. All documents in the program are tried and tested by solicitors to make sure that the documents are legally correct and useable in practice. The documents are continuously checked by solicitors to ensure this.
Forms
The program contains, among others, forms for:
- Register of units
- Register of personal property
- Regional commissioner
- Register of deeds
- Court official (property attachment)
- Tax collector
- Court of Law
The form is printed out after it has been filled in via the PC screen. Akelius Dokument always has the latest form versions available. All forms have been approved of the appropriate authority.
Information database
Akelius Dokument contains a large database with over 3 500 addresses and telephone numbers for public services, public rates/ charges, Government's wage scale and post number catalogue.
Updates
Akelius Dokument is sold as a subscription. During the course of 12 months you will receive betweens 2 and 4 updates which will ensure that you always have legally correct documents/ forms. New documents/ forms follow each renewal.

This is how you work with Akelius Dokument:
- Choose a document from the contents
- You will then get the document description up which gives you a judicial and practical introduction to the document/ form
- Answer the questions as they appear. An advisor is connected to each question which provides practical and judicial advice to each question.
- The questions are logical such that the questions you get depend on how you have answered earlier, and you don not have to answer unnecessary questions.
- The program generates documents/ forms in the WP program.
- If you wish to continue to work with a document, this can be done in the program's WP program. The text can, of course, be "cut out" and "pasted" into another WP program.
